I recently participated in an HEISC Webinar on helping your campus messages look less phishy. I collaborated with Petr Brym of UC Davis and Ed Hudson of Cal State System. We examine ways to make your internal emails be less like the phish that your campus constituents see. After all, training our campuses to interact with a (potential) phishing attempt is counter-productive.
