It was my honor to join with several accomplished women from the metro NYC area on a panel to discuss our insights on Women working in Technology careers. As many of our fellow Technology leaders discussed the difficulty in finding and retaining talent, we reflected on how to be more welcoming to women. Diversity of background and thought strengthens our teams. It is about time to stretch our vision in IT, in order to be ready for the complexities in front of us. From AI to digital transformation, to information security, we need to up our game as we move into the second decade of the 21st century.
